AI Consulting Tweed / About

Better continuity starts with the work.

AI Consulting Tweed is a Flowtivity microsite focused on the space between a customer request and the team delivering it.

The team behind this site

Flowtivity.

Flowtivity is based on the Gold Coast and works with Australian teams on AI consulting, training, automation and AI agents. This site provides a focused starting point for Tweed organisations looking at customer-to-delivery handoffs.

The work begins by understanding the process, the people responsible for it and the systems already in use. A useful AI application needs a clear role in that process and a way for the team to inspect its output.

A practical approach

Follow the thread before adding tools.

When a team has to chase a detail or reinterpret a request, the problem may sit in a form, an unclear decision or a missing acknowledgement. Mapping those moments gives everyone a shared picture before choosing a solution.

Make the source visible.

A summary should remain connected to the information it came from. The reviewer needs enough context to check facts and recognise what is missing.

Give the decision an owner.

Define who verifies the request, who accepts delivery and who can confirm a customer commitment. The next action should be visible to the people carrying it out.

Learn from a small change.

Use a bounded pilot to see whether the handoff becomes easier to understand and maintain. Include exceptions, corrections and review effort when deciding whether to expand.

Location & availability

For Tweed teams, by agreement.

Flowtivity’s base is on the Gold Coast. Tweed engagements, their delivery format and availability are agreed directly with Flowtivity. This microsite does not represent a separate local office.

The examples on these pages are illustrative workflow concepts. They are designed to help you examine a real process and discuss the right scope for your team. Suitability, integration options and deliverables depend on that discussion.

A straightforward first step

Bring one recurring handoff.

Choose a request that moves between a customer, a coordinator and a delivery owner. A de-identified example is enough to start mapping what is known, where a person must decide and what the next person needs.

  • Show the original request and where it arrives.
  • Describe the internal handoff and who receives it.
  • Identify the moment where information or ownership gets unclear.
  • Explain what a successful next action would look like.

From there, discuss whether consulting, training, a small automation or agent development is the appropriate next step.

Keep the request and the work connected.

A conversation with Flowtivity starts with the process your team already knows.
